SalaryAVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Office Generalist at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor relationships and update contact information as necessary
- Balance and authorize petty cash disbursements
- Supervise data entry to ensure stock, food and pastry orders are entered timely and accurately
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
- Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily mail
- Order office supplies
- Perform other clerical/administrative functions as necessary
- Prepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested
- Overtime may be required - Union Account
- Previous administrative and clerical experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
