Office Executive

We are looking for an experienced person, preferably in the elevator or construction industry. The right person will be a responsible, detail oriented, dedicated individual bringing their experience to help us grow.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, can multitask successfully, computer/software knowledge and self motivated. Individual must be proficient in writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Prevailing Wage a benefit. Knowledge of social media, such as google analytics a plus.

Duties will include:

• Creating and managing customer accounts
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Speaking with customers and resolving concerns and questions
• General office duties
• Entering and processing invoices
• Billing customers
• Ordering equipment

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Great with customers
• Quickbooks Online
• Organization
• Can work independently
• Experience with prevailing wage reporting a plus
• Knowledge on Mac software a plus. Ability to understand new software

Flexible hours between 7-4pm Monday - Friday.

Job Type: Permanent part time or full time for the right person. Employee will be expected to work a minimum of 25 hours a week and 3 mornings.

Excellent benefit package and 401K available to full time employees.

Compensation will be based upon experience and knowledge.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
