Position: Office Coordinator
Location: Lawrenceville, GA - (Hybrid / Onsite & Remote)
Schedule / Hours: Full time / Mon-Fri
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while providing great customer service to our clients and customers.
Job Duties:
- Respond to Customer requests via incoming calls and emails.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor office inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to technicians and office manager.
- Prepare recurring reports and ad hoc as requested.
- Maintain customer and business files as described.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Proven experience as a back-office administrator, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Having friendly and inviting attitude towards clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
