Position: Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator
Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills? Family Orthodontics is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming face between our Peachtree City and Fayetteville offices.
Schedule:
- Peachtree City - Mon, Wed., Fri. 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Fayetteville Tues., Thurs 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Orthodontic team.
- Manage Front Office duties, including answering phones and maintaining patient records.
- Travel between Fayetteville and Peachtree City offices.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
