San Benito Aquatics is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Coordinator to oversee SBA programs. San Benito Aquatics has developed a rich history over the last 50 years and is located in Hollister, CA. This role is essential in our ability to continue to build upon our success. This role works closely with Swim Team Head Coach, Swim Team Lessons Lead and Lifeguard Lead and reports directly to the San Benito Aquatics Board.

Job Responsibilities
● Coordinate communication across SBA business units
● Coordinate and communicate SBA monthly pool calendar
● Manage SBA website
● Monitor SBA email account
● On and Off board SBA employees
● Review, approve and monitor staff scheduling
● Follow up on receiving/billing payments
● Coordinate quarterly performance reviews for staff
● Maintain personnel records
● Coordinate quarterly meetings with business unit leads


Experience and Skills Required
● High School diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
● Basic knowledge of Google office applications (docs, sheets and gmail)
● Experience with ADP preferred
● Bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
● Working knowledge of Quickbooks online desired
● Demonstrate ability to support and develop a diverse environment
● Positive attitude, excellent communication skills that embrace tactful, personable, proactive and problem-solving approaches.
● Desire to make an impact on the community through SBA offerings

Hybrid remote and in person role. Anticipated weekly commitment expected to be 15-20 hours. Current hours are in the evenings and on Saturdays during the summer. Hours for this role may change based on seasonality of swim lessons. Pay range $21-$26 per hour.
