We are seeking an Office Coordinator Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Make sure management software information is up-to-date
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Compliance and HR initiatives
Event assistance
Qualifications:
College Degree
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is preferred but not requirement
Experience in the water mitigation, construction or environmental abatement industries is preferred
Ambitious and interested in growing your career
Very competent with new technology
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
