Form of work We have two position:
- One for Scale House hours are M-F 6am-4:30pm, high potential for overtime
- One for Main Office hours are M-F 8am-6pm high potential for overtime
Roles & Responsibilities for Main Office Position:
- Ability to multitask & willing to help with all tasks in the office
- Answering window and assisting drivers to sign in/out
- Processing Paperwork
- Filing paperwork
- Scanning documents
- Data entry
- Answering and completing phone call.
Roles & Responsibilities for Scale House Position:
- Ability to multitask & willing to help with all tasks in the office
- Assisting drivers sign in/out.
- Weighing product on scale.
- Processing paperwork.
- Field work involves sample of dirt from trucks.
- Ensuring quantity of product on trucks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Admin experience required.
- Experience with basic office duties.
- Must be flexible with hours.
- Must be a team player.
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable.
- Dispatching Experience.
- Inventory Control.
- Office Coordinator.
