We are currently in search of an Office Coordinator in our Medford (Assembly Square) Sales Office. Are you a motivated, self-starter looking for a career that provides the ability to learn, grow and advance in the organization all while having a bit of fun too? This is it.
As an Office Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to various areas/functions within the organization including but not limited to: Commercial Office Management, Marketing/Contracting and Client Relations. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and route accordingly.- Greet customers/visitors in a friendly open manner.
- Support homecare clients by answering incoming calls and supporting them throughout the ordering process.
- Provide meeting logistical support to Marketing by participating in planning meetings, communications, assisting with accommodations, etc.
- Assist Marketing and the Contract departments by conducting market research.
- Support Commercial Office Manager in event planning and travel logistics for commercial sales area.
- Ensure the Medford office runs smoothly.
