Posting Summary
Reporting to the Office of the Vice President for Research, the Office Coordinator works with multiple senior Office of Research leaders to enable the effective management of the research division and facilitate a collaborative environment that reflects the university's values and ambition. The Office Coordinator will provide logistical support for all office operations for the group of senior leaders, including the Director of Operations, Associate Vice President for Research, Director of Research Development, and the Director of Innovations. The Office Coordinator will collaborate with Office of Research staff to prepare conferences, meetings, or other research related presentations that are sponsored by the Office of Research. General Administrative functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective interpersonal, telephone and organizational skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Higher education experience is desirable. Effective writing, proof reading and editing skills preferred.
