Our coordinators are integral members of our practice— the people responsible for listening to and meeting our patients’ expectations.
The Treatment Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the doctors’ schedules in a balanced, customer service-oriented way. They manage the schedule to meet the providers’ and the practice’s production, efficiency, and collection goals. They foster relationships with patients and sets the tone that patient care comes first. They promote the practice through a trustworthy, sensitive, and considerate approach to patient needs.
