SalaryWe are an expanding, family-oriented Chiropractic office. Currently, we have two Chiropractors and two massage therapists and looking for other like-minded healthcare providers.
Our specialty is pregnancy and pediatrics and whole family wellness.
Looking for a dependable, positive and amazingly skilled interpersonal/customer care Office Coordinator that is able to communicate with patients of all ages. The position will keep the office flowing smoothly while helping patients and Chiropractors with other hands-on tasks.
Hours: Monday 10-6, Tuesday 10-2, Wednesday 12-6, Thursday 10-6, Friday 8:30-1:30; no weekends.
Description: Including but not limited to: greeting patients, answering phone, emails and texts, signing patients in/out and taking payments, scheduling and learning/using our specific software, placing patients on/off traction and disinfecting tables, guiding patients to their rooms or areas to feed their infants, demographic and insurance computer input, filing, keeping inventory, marketing and running our social media, etc.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
