OVERVIEW
The Office Coordinator will provide general administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and will accomplish assigned tasks, be excellent at multi-tasking, be detail orientated and organized, and respond well to urgent requests while working in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.
- Prepare letters and documents as assigned.
- Manage calendar effectively by coordinating and organizing schedules including meetings, appointments, and other commitments.
- Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Take notes during meetings, if necessary
- Provide ongoing status updates around requested action items and escalating issues when encountering roadblocks.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Order lunch and follow up with reservations as assigned.
- Book conference rooms for any corporate meetings; Stock conference rooms with waters and necessary supplies.
- Process outgoing FedEx and Certified Mail
- Ability to work on confidential projects and assignments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable handling expense reports and booking travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
