You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:
General Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support for 3-4 "light, self-sufficient" Executives (US Based)
  • Provide administrative support with scheduling meetings
  • Submit weekly time & expense reports
  • Place online catering orders for meetings hosted in our Atlanta headquarters (at times this will be for visiting VP's) and serve as back-up to other Atlanta based EA/AA
  • Assist Atlanta EA's with meeting preparation
  • Provide back-up support to other EA/AA's when needed
  • Coordinate meeting/sitting space for visiting VP's

Reception Area Support (role will sit in reception lobby)
  • Greet guests'
  • Determine guests' reason for visit and direct/escort them to the appropriate area
  • Maintain lobby appearance
  • Validate parking
  • Maintain logs for guest visitor badge sign in/sign out
  • Receive and notify Employees of food delivery
  • Receive guests from the main building lobby as needed

Facilities Coordination (10th Floor)
  • Be the "Gatekeeper" for conference room setup/cleanup and Audio Visual functionalities
  • Ensure conference rooms are kept tidy and clean.  Replenish supplies as needed
  • Be point of contact (open tickets) with building maintenance for any AC/garbage/water/bathroom issues
  • Stock/re-stock all kitchenettes and refrigerators as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and stationary
  • Pickup and/or drop mail to courier in main Lobby
  • Be the go-to person for decorating (setup & take down) the 10th floor Lobby for Holidays
  • Keep closets tidy, clean and organized
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 1-2 years of general office experience in a corporate setting
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to a strict level of confidentiality
  • Willing to help and work on special projects as needed
  • Stellar communication
  • Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday (normal business hours)

Productivity - completes all work within the expected timeframe.
Accuracy of Work - completes all work in an accurate manner with few, if any, mistakes (especially with data).
Business Acumen - demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.
Relationship Management - forms and maximizes relationships with business partners through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.
Communication - provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.
Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
