We are looking for an effective Office Clerk with the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing, answering the phone, and data entry. You must be reliable and have adept communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office procedures, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Log inbound and outbound truck loads
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Make and take phone calls
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping
- Participate in meetings and group projects
- Assist in office management, cleaning, and organizational procedures
- Learn and practice other department duties
Skills
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Experience and knowledge with MS Excel
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication with coworkers and outside visitors
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
