SalaryPosition Summary:
Under general supervision, performs routine clerical tasks to support the Surety Department, primary in all business related to our existing and future represented Surety Companies by Anglo Puerto Rican Insurance: CNA Surety, CA Shea Hartford, and Travelers.
Essential Duties:
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Surety processing includes billing, renovations, and endorsements.
- Operates office machines includes copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to business transactions, and other matters.
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Maintains filing systems digitized.
- Assist Antilles Surety Department in their daily business.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
· Attends the office punctually and regularly.
· Maintains a high level of security for all the company's privileged and confidential information.
· Maintains satisfactory interpersonal relationships with company personnel.
· Attends meetings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
