Office Clerk

RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking for an Office Clerk part time responsible for preparing the mailing checks to pharmacies and other clerical activities with the following responsibilities and requirements:

• Validate the checks tie-out with the explanation of payment.
• Fold checks and explanation of payment insert into envelopes for mailing.
• Weight mail to determine the correct postage. Stamp mail with postage meters or stamps.
• Place mail into the post office bin. Update mailing logs.
• Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
• Assist in the preparation of the lists and files to be transferred to storage.
• Assist in filing, searching, scanning, or making copies of documents.
• Maintain Financial security by following internal controls and maintain all financial/operations information confidential.
• Support all Quality Management Program Initiatives.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Good Oral and written communication skills a at all levels
• Attention to detail.
• Deadline oriented
