TThe Law office of Payab & Associates is a Woodland Hills law firm practicing employment litigation.
Candidate is preferred to have some employment law litigation experience, but it is not required
Candidate is preferred to work in-person at the office; however, candidate may work on a hybrid schedule.
The Associate Attorney position involves law and motion practice, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, opposing motion for summary judgment, conducting mediations, arbitrations, trials, and courtroom appearances.
