Our History
CertaPro Painters of Tacoma is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2014. We complete interior and exterior residential painting in Pierce and Kitsap counties. We pride ourselves on being a great employer as well as a customer-driven, quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.
Job Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position and to grow with our company. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and participate in local home shows and expos
• Manage inventory of all marketing materials, including apparel, business cards and vehicle wraps
• Schedule estimate appointments and manage Sales Associate’s calendars
• Assist with onboarding of subcontractors and regularly audit their credentials
• Support the Production Associates by assisting with project scheduling and customer communications
• Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Work closely with bookkeeper on monthly and year-end financials
• Maintain office files, supplies and utilities
• Ensure all business documents are up-to-date, including licenses, certifications, and insurance policies
• Oversee employee hiring and onboarding

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative role(s)
• Experience with QuickBooks On-Line and Microsoft Office Suite is a must
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without direction
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely organized, with a great eye for detail
• Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset

Salary
$45,000-$65,000 per year (experience and level of responsibility dependent)
