Compensation range: $65,000 - $95,000 base salary – compensation offer will be based on skills and qualifications.

LOCATION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Complete complex tax returns, compilations, reviews, and research
- Direct and review the work of staff accountants
- Plan, schedule, prepare engagement budgets, and interview clients
- Train and supervise staff on routine accounting and tax engagements
- Serve as client contact and liaison regarding engagement issues and informational needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or another relevant field required
- Current and valid CPA license required
- 3+ years’ experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression of complexity of accounting tasks and tax knowledge, international experience a plus
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review, tax compliance, agency correspondence and tax research
- Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically
- A demonstrated ability to self-direct and effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
