Role Summary
Angi is looking for an Office Associate for our Indianapolis HQ office. Your primary responsibilities will be office administrative and facilities tasks, including welcoming guests and visitors to the business, processing and distribution of regular and specialized mail and/or packages, stocking break rooms, and lunch oversight. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring employees to report into the Indianapolis office Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the work day, however common duties and responsibilities of our Office Associate include:
- Mail/Package administration
- Receive incoming mail to include signing for registered or certified mail
- Sort incoming mail and packages
- Discard junk mail
- Correct and redirect misaddressed items
- Distribute mail to individuals or departments, via hand delivery, mail, or scan/email
- Basic understanding of, or the ability to learn, locations and organizational structure of the company
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages (e.g. applying appropriate stamps, verifying addresses, creating shipping labels)
- Greeting visitors and guests; determining the purpose of each person's visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
- Managing the front desk; Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable
- Overseeing office-wide lunch delivery and distribution
- Greet delivery vendor and help them set up daily lunch
- Monitor food to ensure there is enough for everyone
- Provide vendor/office feedback to Engagement team
- Stocking break rooms with paper goods and coffee supplies
- Performing other office-related tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Proven work experience as an Office Associate or similar office-based role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 20 pounds several times per day
- Full time availability - 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits
- The pay rate for this position ranges from $18-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
