Office Assistant/Transportation Coordinator

We are currently seeking an office associate to assist with our office team and processing title work for our Self Serve division. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following attributes:

Essential Duties:
- Work with various tow companies and adjusters throughout the vehicle dispatching process.
- Properly process paperwork, and noting status updates in our inventory control system
- Communicating changes or any issues to appropriate staff members
- Answering and receiving phone calls
- Assist with closing on vehicle sales.

Skills and Abilities:
- Title experience is a plus
- Proficient computer skills
- Attentive to detail and eagerness to learn
- Must have excellent communication skills and professionalism with others
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads efficiently
