Office Assistant/Bookkeeping Trainee (Fairfax)
Long-established sign company in Fairfax, VA is interviewing for an entry-level Office Assistant/Bookkeeping Trainee. Applicants must be able to work Monday through Friday. Training will be provided. Full time employee desired but will make accommodations for the right candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
· Prepare an excel sheet with daily sales and salesperson totals
· Ordering supplies, keep track of inventory
· Filing, copying, faxing and distributing paperwork
· Packaging signs for UPS delivery
· Answering phone calls
· Assisting the office staff with special projects
· Willingness to train on bookkeeping and customer services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
