Key responsibilities

- Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

- Enter data into electronic applications

- Route calls appropriately

- Maintain office facility and resources- Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- A committed teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

- Demonstrated knowledge of filing

- Adeptness in Receptionist Duties

- Expertise in data entry

- Dispatching experience preferred

- Strong familiarity with Dispatching

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Receptionist Duties experience highly desired

- Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

- Manage tasks independently

- Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

- 1+ years of experience
