We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Management Team to ensure change order requests are being processed
- Coordinate with Suppliers on material and equipment rentals
- Follow up with Clients for approvals on change orders
- Schedule and assist in safety trainings
- Research and order paints, wallcoverings, and other materials needed for projects
- Track accurate records on equipment inventory
- Receive calls and enter purchase orders
- Verify wallcovering orders and deliveries
- Interview and discuss job experience with walk in applicants
- Conduct new hire safety orientations and process all new hire paperwork
- Maintain and organize all safety related documentation and employee certifications
Skills
- 2 years' experience in an office environment
- Previous experience in construction industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual fluently in Spanish
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
