Lake Waco Marina & The Cove Marina are two Marinas on Lake Waco and offer many amenities to the public in and outside of Waco. The marina offers wet boat slips, rv parking, restaurant, ship store with retail, boat repair shop, lake front cabins, boat rentals and non-motorized water equipment like kayaks and paddle boards.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Most importantly, provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Customer support including signing leases with customers, taking rv and rental reservations, selling items in the retail store, taking phone calls and assisting customers with all things offered at both marinas.
- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer support
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
