```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities:```
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with front desk duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
