About Us:
We are an exciting start-up medical office located in Hialeah, FL. As we are still in the process of onboarding with insurance providers, our foot traffic may be limited at the moment. However, we understand the importance of having a professional presence during our listed open hours of operation. Therefore, we are seeking a reliable and friendly Office Receptionist who can be available to greet visitors and handle any potential phone inquiries professionally. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our future patients and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet office visitors and create a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other light office duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist other team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Spanish fluency preferred).

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our office.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
