Details:

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing clerical support in office including customer service, data entry, document management, and support of clinical staff. Responsible for coordination of monthly newsletter, generation of agency reports, and staff support activities. Provides administrative support to maintain education records of staff and track compliance with mandated contact hours. Responsible for entering learning events and management of healthstream requirements. Provides support to time and attendance entry in absence of resource coordinator. Participates and assists director with resolving customer service issues and/or conflicts. Provides staff support with functions of computer software when resource coordinator not available. Demonstrates a systematic, methodical approach with attention to detail, an ability to work in an environment fraught with interruptions, and a positive energetic people-focused approach to the work role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to accurately type 50 words per minute.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to function appropriately in stressful situations.
- Ability to operate word processing and knowledgeable in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is sedentary in nature, with some standing and walking.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, and over the telephone.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses, to prepare, process, and read written materials.
- Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
- Able to work in latex-burdened environment.
