Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Lake Park, FL.
A new role in our company as a result of our growth and geographical expansion . The role is intended to grow as we do with the expectation it will become full time in the future. Position reports directly to the company Administrator.
Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Answering phone(s) / emails and forwarding messages as necessary
- Work Order printing, cataloging, scanning, and completion
- Filing
- Miscellaneous projects that pop up throughout the year
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to professionally communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong phone skills with ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Ability to accurately navigate multiple programs and systems (including microsoft word & excel).
- Great attention to detail
- Self motivated
- Ability to create, maintain, & enhance microsoft excel spreads
- Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish / English)
Preference for someone who can work Mon-Fr 8am-1pm or Mon, Wed, Fr 8am-4:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
