The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone systems, transcribing documents, and assisting with various office tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Entering data into Quickbooks
- Typing estimates in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- Must have experience in Quickbooks
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Google Drive and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
