Immediate Opening
We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our well-established company of over 45 years, to service Bergen County, NJ and Orange County, NY. Our small office is and located in Suffern, NY. The position will be 4 days a week with hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is a possibility the position may lead to full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Maintaining QuickBooks file
- Inputting A/R and A/P entries in Quickbooks
- Preparing customer invoices in Quickbooks
- Preparing estimates in EXCEL and WORD
- Ordering mechanical equipment
- Maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, Outlook and Publisher required
- Customer service experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
