Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:

- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors

- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks

- Provide front desk support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment

Skills:

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
