Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative & ales support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain job records throughout the sales and build process
- Assist with billing and payment collection including invoicing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule sales calls for sales team and process leads through a variety of platforms
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using office systems for appointment scheduling, records management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
