Role Description:
- Answering a phone with a heavy call volume
- Scheduling service routes
- Data entry
- Filing, faxing, scanning, sending emails
Skill Requirements:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be well spoken and communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues
Experience:
- 2 years in customer service or work in an office setting preferred
Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
Position Requirements:
- Have experience with customer service
- Possess computer skills as well as the ability to learn new software
- Must be prompt and dependable
- Have reliable transportation to and from the office
- Have availably on weekends during busy seasons
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
