Schedule offered is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. No weekends.
Starting salary is $15/hr. We offer a 401k with employer match, provide uniforms at no cost to you, and launder uniforms on-site for your convenience.
So what does an Office Assistant do? You'll greet visitors, schedule patients, collect patient payments, scan documents, and manage phone calls for the office. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby, waiting area, and reception space.
Office assistants may also manage insurance claims and payments if suited for that type of work.
Be aware that we have a strict no cell phone policy outside of lunch breaks and a professional dress code. We provide uniforms and they are laundered on-site.
