Must be able to behave and speak in a professional manner, Both in office and on the phone.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and setting, confirming and moving appointments.
Managing the technicians books and paperwork.
Routing the technicians stops and paperwork.
Data entry on our system. (Training Provided)
Emailing, Faxing or mailing paperwork to clients and vendors.
Training is provided.
Probation period is 90 Days.
