SalaryThe Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding) will be responsible for supporting activities within the university's Printshop.
In order to maintain a positive environment for prospective students, students, community members, and University staff, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with printshop operations, communications and will serve as primary contact for printshop related needs
- Review all print requests for accuracy and completion
- Enter print requests into printshop database for tracking and billing
- Work with printshop supervisor on ordering supplies, creating invoices and expense tracking
- Provides building coverage for receptionist in the shared rotation
- Actively participate in university activities

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must be eligible for transfer or be reachable for appointment from the eligible list.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Additional Information:
Salary: SG-9 $40,193 - $49,405
