We are looking for a competent Office Assistant/Receptionist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy phone call volume, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
- Filing/Data Entry
- Confirming appointments
- Sorting emails
- Note taking
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Skills
- Proven customer service experience with good phone etiquette
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Google Calendar and Gmail
