Job description

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant/Receptionist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy phone call volume, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Filing/Data Entry
  • Confirming appointments
  • Sorting emails
  • Note taking
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization

Skills

  • Proven customer service experience with good phone etiquette
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Google Calendar and Gmail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
