This role offers an opportunity for individuals who thrive in an organized environment. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility with availability, to work within our 365-day operation, with an average schedule of 8 AM to 6 PM daily. Typically, the scheduled workdays will span five days a week between Monday and Saturday but may vary based on business needs.

YOUR ROLE
Your daily routine will involve managing financial transactions and records using QuickBooks in the mornings. Coordinating purchases for our pet care services will be a key aspect, ensuring our inventory is well-stocked. Afternoons will include market research activities to contribute to the efficiency and innovation of our operations. To do this you need:
- An associate degree
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
- 2+ years of QuickBooks experience.
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
