Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP is searching for a new addition to our Albuquerque Team in an administrative position who possesses a client forward mindset and positive attitude. This position is part-time with the potential to go full-time and is an incredible opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Project a professional image and provide quality support to all areas of PB&H.
- Process tax returns, financial statements, quarterly payroll reports and various other documents.
- Perform relief duties for other front office staff.
- Answer phones and route callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email or in person.
- Complete various administrative projects assigned in a timely and accurate manner.
- Scanning/copying of documents, filing, manage office mail delivery, administrative errands and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Dependable, positive attitude and willing to learn new things.
- Be a team player with good work ethic & ability to follow precise instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) and open to learning software specific to PB&H.
- Must be able to handle stress and perform accurate administrative work during seasonal, high-volume workloads related to tax deadlines.
- Flexible to work overtime hours as needed during tax deadlines (could be some weekends).
- Must be flexible & willing to be cross trained for other front office positions.
Hours:
- January - April: Full-time with some overtime possible.
- May - December: Part-time - Hours to be negotiated.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
