The Opportunity
You will be the Office Administrator for Savannah Age Management and play a key role in making every patient visit the highlight of their week. You will be the first person a patient meets when they come through the door and the last person, they say goodbye to. You will also manage the efficient day-to-day administrative operations of a busy medical practice by ensuring accurate scheduling, maintenance of patient paperwork and accurate booking keeping of business expenses. Expect to work daily with the practitioners and practice management.

What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Create and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
- Provide administrative support to the clinic staff, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office space
Must-haves in a Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have in a Candidate
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of functional medicine principles and practices is a plus

- This is a contract role with the ability to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
