Duties
- Greet customers in office, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- AR & AP - enter payments and invoices into accounting software
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, light cleaning and errands as needed
- Assist with travel and event planning
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
