Dental Front Office Administrator
Are you a people person who aims to make patients and clients feel seen, heard, and welcomed? Then this position is right for you!
In this position, you would be first-in-line communicator to our patients and other provider offices. We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming who can also handle multitasking, attention-to-detail, and forethought.
Responsibilities include: incoming/outbound calls, checking patients in and out, confirming the schedule, reviewing and presenting treatment plans, insurance verification and processing, and other general administrative duties.
Experience in the dental field is recommended, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Full time Monday through Thursday
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 /hour depending on experience
