Alaska Packaging is a local supplier of perishable packaging as well as lumber, plywood, and pallet supplier that offers custom crating services as well as lift van services. We are looking for an experienced Office Administrative Coordinator to work alongside our team who possesses the following skills and abilities:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs
- QuickBooks knowledge and experience ( not necessary but preferred)
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Copying, scanning, and filing daily
- Answering phones with professional phone etiquette, taking customer orders, and detailed messages
- Provide all aspects of administrative support for the production team
- Ability to effectively multi-task while still providing the highest quality customer service in a fast paced enviornment, attention to detail will be key to the highest customer satisfaction
- Dependability to include punctuality and daily attendance is essential
- Respond to customer, vendor, and internal emails in a timely manner
Position is full time, Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00pm with a half hour break for lunch
