Description: Assist the office team with administrative and client management tasks and coordination of event details. The position is perfect for a highly organized person that enjoys working in a flexible and fast paced small business environment.
Purpose: The Office Administrative assistant reports to the heads of the production and sales departments and helps fulfill their administrative/organizational needs. Some duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Processing basic catering orders
- Confirming orders
- Scheduling
- Internal Calendar Management (trainings, meetings, tastings, etc)
- Making and distributing order copies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple tasks and quickly switch from one “mode” to another. Organization will be important in this role, as well a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and fellow staff members. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus, but can be trained.
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $16-$20 hourly, starting based on experience and ability. Opportunity for advancement exists.
