Position Overview:

- This position requires a deep understanding of Substance Abuse treatment programs and the ability to navigate the unique challenges associated with this field.
- Oversee and lead the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies to enhance overall productivity
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Substance Abuse treatment programs, regulations, and compliance requirements in California.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure administrative processes align with the treatment goals and objectives of the facility.
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth
- Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of client records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Implement and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation processes.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist in billing procedures.
- Coordinate the logistics of the facility, including maintenance, security, and supplies.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure the facility is well-maintained and equipped to meet the needs of clients and staff.
- Interact with clients in a professional and supportive manner, addressing administrative concerns and providing assistance as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in state and federal regulations related to Substance Abuse treatment and ensure the facility's compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year in Office Administration, preferably in a Substance Abuse treatment setting.
- Familiarity with California-specific regulations related to Substance Abuse treatment facilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in the use of office software and electronic health records systems.
