Founded in 1985 in Southern California, The DOT Corp, is solution provider, specializing in the area of print communications (Digital and Litho), web based work flow applications, direct mail service and fulfillment services. We have offices in Irvine and Santa Ana. We are experiencing tremendous growth and seeking more teammates to join our team.
We are looking for a Customer Support that can be responsible and assist in the following areas of our Customer Service Department:
Duties:
Enter in new orders as they are submitted via website, fax, or email
Confirm, audit and update orders after product has shipped
Generate kit letters and/or labels for Production through MS Access database
Maintain filing system
Importing of Customer Orders
Creating and leasing of work orders
QC checks and sample creations
Answer phones
Assist customers
Assist Account Manager on special projects as deemed necessary
Pre-requisites:
Knowledge of Microsoft office; including excel, word and internet; [MAS200 and/or Access is a plus]
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Punctual with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Enjoy working with people is a must.
Able to work with minimum supervision

Education and Experience:
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
At least of 1 year of Corporate office experience
