We are a landscape/mgmt. company looking for someone with strong administrative skills. Would like someone who is Bilingual in Spanish.
No experience in our industry needed, but 3-5 years office work preferred.
Office Admin:
Office Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM
*Ability to work as early as 6 AM with notice for training.
Part-Time Availability: 32-38 hours a week
Position Hours Needed: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM or 9 AM - 1 PM
Applicant should have strong customer service skills, be familiar and comfortable with Outlook, Excel, One Note, and Word, and very organized.
+ QuickBooks "Online" experience
+ Experience within landscape/construction industry
+ Bilingual Spanish / English
Some Job Duties:
- Entering Vendor / Supplier invoices into QBO & Aspire System
- Assist with hiring and training schedule for new employees
- Assist with payroll functions; review time sheets as needed, process time off requests, process attendance sheets, run weekly payroll.
- Assist with employee review packets by working with department manager. (Semi Annual)
- Schedule & Assist with weekly / monthly training classes as needed (Back-Up)
- Review / Assist the crews on their weekly paperwork (As-Needed)
- Talk with clients via email or by phone and direct to field management if needed.
- Assist with estimates, work tickets, and scheduling (Back-Up)
- Follow Up w/ Clients Open Items
- Working w/ Sub-Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers as needed
- Purchasing: Materials and Supplies for jobs, equipment, trucks and trailers
- Reporting: Weekly Accounting Updates & Field Reports
- Answering Phones, Scanning, Copies, and Filing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
