Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, processing physical and virtual correspondence, scanning and filing documents, preparing basic reports, assisting with office organization, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Process physical mail and email correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Scan and file documents accurately to maintain organized records.
- Prepare basic reports using Google Suite applications such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Assist with office organization, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and catering equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in an Office Administration or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
