Description
The Organizational Effectiveness/Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for providing in-depth oversight and expertise to organization to achieve performance and business objectives. Drives transformation through application of performance improvement principles and organizational/L&D ideologies. Identifies opportunities for organizational development and works with leadership to design and implement competencies and learning programs to create a robust and integrated performance management platform that supports continued operational excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate engagement with leaders, SMEs and teams to implement improvements to key processes that support the organizational development strategy; creates roadmaps and project plans for achievement of goals.
• Promotes and fosters culture of operational excellence and continuous learning across organization, partnering with leaders and teams to ensure alignment of outcomes.
• Identifies, designs and facilitates training and development related to current and future state organizational needs based on unique needs of employee population.
• Provide change management framework and recommendations to help plan and implement change initiatives
• Partner with other HR disciplines to assure alignment with hiring, performance management, talent management, career pathing / development and compensation processes
• Effectively manage projects to ensure they are on track, completed within budget, and delivered to the agreed-upon level of quality

Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience
• Facilitation skills
• Self directed
• Knowledge of Learning & Development methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Able to work and manage across organizational levels
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
